Waseem Shakoor warns on Cloudtag as death spiral financing confirmed

Cloudtag (CTAG) has today confirmed that net proceeds of £1.44 million on its recent financing have been confirmed as arriving and as such has revealed the financier to whom loan notes are being issued: L1 Capital Global Opportunities Master Fund.
